The Role

The Workplace Learning Support Officer will support students undertaking work placements and conduct workplace visits as required. You will also assist with locating and securing appropriate industry placements with existing and new workplace partners, ensuring they adhere to the Duty of Care for Public School Student policies and procedures.

The successful applicant will ideally have excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills to support students from diverse backgrounds. These skills should also be used to work collaboratively with staff to improve student outcomes. Support to staff will also include maintaining databases, preparing relevant paperwork and correspondence, provision of reports and monitoring student data as required.
