About the Role
The Director of Research and Staff Development is a key role in developing teacher capacity and expertise in the delivery of the Australian curriculum, BSSS Frameworks and in High Impact Teaching. The Director of Research and Staff Development plays a key role in teacher mentoring and development, instructional coaching and HALT certification.
