Primary objective
Provide professional advice and support in strengthening attendance and engagement best practices including complex case management, as well as uplift in engagement officer capabilities through quality improvement activities.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Influence and support staff to exercise best practice professional judgement and decision making in student attendance and engagement operational policy and practice matters including complex casework.
- Manage and provide services through virtual platforms, webinars, phone and face to face experiences, including triaging requests from schools in the region.
- Collate and analyse practice information to identify thematic practice trends and issues.
- Contribute professional practice expertise to influence continuous improvement in attendance and engagement practices across schools and corporate teams.
