Primary objective
Provide high level advice and support for the development, evaluation, research, implementation and reporting of strategic programs to embed a strategic system-wide approach to project management across the department.
Context statement
The Strategic Projects branch is responsible for ensuring programs and projects of work are aligned to agency, Northern Territory Government and Australian Government strategic priorities. Strategic Projects promote and maintain agency program management standards, ensuring consistent delivery of and reporting on the strategic program by business areas. The division work closely with business areas, One NTG partners, consultants and business analysts to deliver outcomes.
