Facilities Officer

As our Facilities Officer, you will be working in a pristine environment with heritage buildings and vast landscapes. We seek a new team player who is a qualified maintenance handyperson or tradesperson and who will work within and contribute to our diverse and multi-skilled Property and Facilities team.

You will be able to:

• Undertake meticulous repair and maintenance works to both heritage and recently-built buildings
   
• Attend to all maintenance requests, provide advice and facilitate growth projects
• Complete general maintenance around the College including traffic management, waste management and general tidying on a daily basis
• Manual handling such as setting up rooms for a multitude of functions, ie. moving furniture and setting up equipment
• Operate various equipment to complete your daily duties, and
• Contribute to other property and facilities team priorities where required.

About you:

• Previous experience in general maintenance or in a trade are a must
• Problem Solving Skills
• Able to undertake manual handling on a daily basis, and
• A current Drivers Licence, Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
