Penola Catholic College require a skilled Deputy Principal Staff, to ensure we have strong, strategic leadership within a culture of innovation and high expectations. The opportunity is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly skilled Deputy Principal Staff, to join Penola Catholic College from 2027-2031.

As a member of the Executive team, the Deputy Principal (Staff) contributes strategically and operationally to the leadership of the College and is responsible to be proactive, adaptable and flexible in attracting, developing and retaining quality staff. The Deputy Principal (Staff) is an active and visible leader in the community, working across both campuses, demonstrating the ability to foster a positive culture for staff committed to ongoing growth and characterised by high accountability and high support.

About You

To be successful, you will demonstrate strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to support effective staffing practices, professional learning, and staff wellbeing. You will show sound judgement, flexibility, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams while contributing to a positive and supportive staff culture. You will have a demonstrated ability to lead processes with clarity and fairness, and to support continuous improvement through practical and considered approaches. You will also be highly organised and registered with VIT.
