Penola Catholic College require a skilled Deputy Principal, Senior Campus to ensure we have strong, strategic leadership within a culture of innovation and high expectations. The opportunity is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly skilled Deputy Principal, Senior Campus to join Penola Catholic College from 2027 to 2031.
The Deputy Principal, Senior Campus is responsible for leading and supporting staff in the development of an innovative and engaging curriculum which meets the varied needs of the College’s students. The role has a strong focus on the development of a culture of learning and teaching to maximise students’ learning outcomes and encourage personal excellence. The Deputy Principal Senior works with the Deputy Principal Junior and is assisted by an Administration Assistant.
About You
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate and model contemporary teaching practice: understanding how students ‘learn best’. You will also have a demonstrated knowledge of the Australian curriculum frameworks and have a demonstrated capacity to provide leadership that is characterised by a desire for continuous improvement, lateral thinking and innovation, holding team members to account where necessary. You will also be highly organised and registered with VIT.
You will also have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.
