The Opportunity

We are growing and now seek a Learning Support Officer (LSO) to join our Junior School (Glendalough) in June 2026.

The Learning Support Officer will work closely with classroom teachers to support students in their learning, helping to create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. The role is a FTE (0.81) spread across 5 days per week fixed term until the end of the academic school year.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in supporting diverse learning needs, ensuring all students are engaged to achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with teachers and the Learning Diversity team on their child's specific learning needs and be accountable for reviewing and interpreting results.
  • Keeping accurate records of support 
  • Attending PSG meetings

About You:

You have previous experience in a similar role and the ability to work collaboratively and energetically within a dynamic organisation.
