Our community is deeply committed to the safety, wellbeing, and protection of all children in our care.
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate:
- A commitment to, and respect for, the Catholic identity of the school, including multi-faith perspectives.
- A willingness to collaborate and actively contribute to a team-focused environment.
- An understanding of, and commitment to, the MACS 2030 Strategy, including the MACS Vision for Instruction and Vision for Engagement.
- An openness to new learning, research, and evidence-based practices across all areas of the curriculum.
- A commitment to providing adjustments that enable all children to experience success.
- The ability to actively contribute to building a culture of wellbeing for all (e.g., the Berry Street Educational Model).
