The Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst (CEDB) is seeking a proactive and skilled HR Services Manager to lead our HR Services team, delivering high-quality HR support across approximately 2,000 employees in 33 schools. This permanent, full-time opportunity is ideal for an HR professional who can confidently manage complex HR matters, oversee operational HR delivery, and drive continuous improvement.

About the role
Reporting to the Head: HR, Risk & WHS, the HR Services Manager provides leadership and strategic oversight of the HR Services team, ensuring the smooth delivery of Talent Aquisition, HR operational and transactional services. This includes managing HR processes, developing team capability, providing expert HR advice, and supporting system-wide initiatives and improvements.
