Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Delivering engaging, real world learning experiences aligned with the curriculum
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with students, encouraging them to achieve personal wellbeing and academic goals
  • Working collaboratively with youth workers, parents and support staff to deliver trauma informed learning plans and support
  • Providing guidance and role modelling, with a focus on unconditional positive regard for students and peers
  • Supporting wellbeing and learning attending weekly outings and school events
