Deputy Principal

We are seeking to establish a pool of Deputy Principals for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Alkimos Beach Primary School (PS), located approximately 45km from Perth, opened in 2017 catering for students from Kindergarten to Year 6. We are a school with strong values and are committed to developing a highly engaging and dynamic learning program for our students.

The Role

The Deputy Principal works collaboratively alongside the Principal and leadership team to provide educational leadership across the school community. Ideally, we are seeking dynamic, forward-thinking and child-centred leaders who can build strong relationships, lead with clarity and purpose, and contribute to both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the school.

The desired applicants will ideally be positive and proactive team players, contributing meaningfully within the executive leadership team and working collaboratively with staff to foster a culture of trust, professionalism and collective responsibility.
