Role description


We are seeking to establish a pool of Associate Principals for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Quinns Beach Primary School (PS) is an Independent Public School located in Quinns Rocks, approximately 42 kilometres north of Perth, catering for students from Kindergarten to Year 6. Established in 2001, the school has a strong reputation for fostering a positive, inclusive and student-centred learning environment. The Role

As a key member of the leadership team, suitable applicants will ideally work collaboratively with the principal and executive team to lead the strategic directions outlined in the school business plan. Ideally, the role requires visible, collaborative and instructional leadership that fosters a positive school culture, enhances student outcomes and drives continuous whole-school improvement aligned to our core focus areas of wellbeing, engagement and curriculum.
