About the Opportunity
Ongoing Part-Time Opportunity
Level 4 - 42 hours per fortnight during school terms
Commencing in June 2026

Holy Family Primary is looking for a part-time Administration Officer to join the front office team.
Key Responsibilities
The Administration Officer is accountable for:
Provide professional administrative, secretarial and reception support across the school office Respond to enquiries from students, families, staff and the wider community
Manage the full enrolment process, including enquiries, documentation, data entry and family support
Support the smooth running of the school office and daily operations
Provide executive support, including diary management, appointments and preparation of confidential correspondence
Prepare and format routine documents, publications, teacher programs and teaching resources
Assist with newsletters, website updates and other internal/external communications
Support financial processes including budgeting, school fees, reconciliations, GST reporting and annual rollover
Assist with coordinating school events and functions
