The Hills Sports High School is a comprehensive coeducational Years 7-12 school located in Sydney's North Western Area at Seven Hills, with approximately 950 students including 7% from Aboriginal background and 20% requiring English as an additional language support. The school operates an elite sporting stream and Talented Sports Program, serving both local students and those selected through a highly competitive application process, and was officially recognised by the Australian Olympic Committee as an Olympic Pathway School in 2023. It is committed to a learning culture that values academic and sporting excellence, with a support unit for 56 students and extensive partnerships with community organisations, the NSW Institute of Sport, and Western Sydney Academy of Sport. Role description
Position Information
The NSW Department of Education provides, funds and regulates education services for NSW students from early childhood to secondary school, delivering world-class education through its public schools and providing funding support to non-government schools. We employ, develop and support teachers, leaders and other staff to deliver the best outcomes for students and to advance the wellbeing of Aboriginal people.
The School Administrative Manager is responsible for the efficient management of school financial and administrative systems, as well as supervision and training of school administration officers. Manages the provision of support for school activities and routines, including student welfare and wellbeing, and works with the school principal, the school executive and teaching staff as required.
