Position Title: Senior School Mathematics Teacher
Level: Classroom Teacher
Commencement Date: Term 3 2026
Hours: Temporary Full-time – 6 Months (possibility of extension)

The College is seeking to employ a highly skilled and experienced Senior School Mathematics Teacher to start Term 3 2026. The successful applicant will be appropriately qualified and ready to work within a professional and cohesive team.

Key Selection Criteria

the successful applicant for the above position must be able to provide evidence to support the following criteria:

  • Strong personal Christian faith and be a regular and practising member of a Bible-based Christian Church
  • Evidence of high-quality classroom practices
  • A high standard of competency and expertise as a classroom teacher
  • Demonstrate an understanding of how students learn through effective classroom teaching strategies and the capacity to work with colleagues to continually improve teaching and learning
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, critical analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Secondary Teaching qualifications in Mathematics and NESA accreditation.
