Illawarra Christian School is seeking a Christ‑centred, relational, and strategic leader to join our Executive Team as Deputy Principal.
This is a pivotal role for an experienced educator who is passionate about Christian education, thrives in collaborative leadership, and desires to serve Christ by shaping people, culture, and practice across a flourishing Prep–12 school.

About the Role
The Deputy Principal works in close partnership with the Principal and Directors to provide cohesive leadership across the whole school.
You will play a central role in:
- Strengthening alignment between vision, strategy, and daily practice
- Supporting high‑quality teaching, wellbeing, and Christian formation
- Building a unified, high‑performing leadership culture
- Ensuring effective and consistent school operations
- This role provides leadership continuity and influence at the highest level of the school.
