Cranbrook School is seeking an outstanding Production Coordinator to join our Marketing & Communications team.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This is a full-time position based at the Senior School campus in Bellevue Hill.

The Production Coordinator is the operational engine of the Marketing & Communications team. This role manages the production lifecycle of all marketing collateral, publications, digital content, events, and campaigns — from brief through to delivery. The role is the team’s primary owner of workflows, ensuring that procurement, supplier engagement, approvals, and financial administration are handled accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with the school’s policies.

The Production Coordinator acts as the central point of coordination between internal stakeholders, creative suppliers, and the broader school community, ensuring that all outputs are delivered on brand, on time, and within budget.
