Role description
Full time/permanent Leadership Position
Central Coast Grammar School is a leading K-12 independent, coeducational and nondenominational school. Located on a single 18-hectare campus overlooking the Matcham Valley close to the heart of Erina, our school offers a spacious environment where students can grow and flourish.
“Central Coast Grammar School (CCGS) is committed to the safety, protection, and wellbeing of all our students and children involved in activities at CCGS. All CCGS staff participate in annual training in child protection. All statutory checks and references are required prior to confirmation of employment.
This is a newly created leadership role, to begin in Term 3 2026, or by negotiation & will attract a Leadership 1 Allowance, and a 24 period allowance per cycle. A teaching load of 14 periods per cycle is to be maintained.
As part of the Teaching and Learning team, this role will work together with its Years 7-12 counterpart to provide the whole-school leadership & coordination of the use of technology to support teaching & learning, while maintaining an individual focus on implementation in their area of responsibility.
To be successful you will need to possess and demonstrate:
· Appropriate teaching qualifications and NESA accreditation
· Thorough knowledge of the NSW Curriculum
· Evidence of excellent student outcomes
