Role description
Lead a team. Change young lives. Make a lasting difference.

At Warakirri College, we educate young people aged 15–22 who have disengaged from mainstream schooling—often due to anxiety, depression, or social disadvantage. Our students are capable, curious, and resilient. They simply need the right environment and dedicated, passionate educators to thrive.
Our education model is expanding its reach, and we are excited to open a brand-new campus in Picton.
We’re looking for a values-driven educational leader who can hold high expectations and high care at the same time.

This is not just a school leadership role, it’s ethical leadership that has the power to interrupt disadvantage and change life trajectories. Reporting to a Deputy Principal, this role sits within the College’s Executive Leadership Team, responsible for implementing strategic initiatives consistent with the College’s Strategic Plan.
