Primary School Learning Support Assistant – Full time or Part time

We are seeking a full-time or part-time Primary Teacher’s Assistant to work during term time. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with a team of collegiate educators and wonderful Primary School students where the focus is on the whole person. Key Selection Criteria:

The successful candidate must:

• have attained a minimum qualification of Certificate III in Education Support (CHC30213)
• show a sound understanding of the NSW Australian primary curriculum
• understand the principles and practices of Steiner education, or show a willingness to learn
• demonstrate a high level of competence in making adjustments for students who need support
• have experience or understanding of working with neurodivergent children, with a nurturing and inclusive approach
• demonstrate a sound understanding of differentiation practices and is skilled in applying these understandings
• have excellent standards in literacy and numeracy
