Role description
Saint Ignatius' College Adelaide is a leading Catholic, co-educational, day school established by the Jesuits and inspired by the Ignatian charism of intellectual rigour, character, and service. Built on the vision of Saint Ignatius, our educational community seeks to form young people who strive for a hope-filled future, shaping the world for the better.
About us
Our approach draws on the best of traditional, tried and tested learning methods while remaining adaptive, innovative, and deeply reflective. We are eager to welcome staff who embody enthusiasm, continuous improvement, and a profound understanding of the Catholic ethos.
Proudly a 5-Star Employer of Choice, Saint Ignatius’ College was recognised by The Educator in 2025 for our exceptional culture and commitment to excellence.
What we’re seeking
To commence in January 2027 this is a 4-year POR 3 appointment + Permanent teacher.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced, values‑driven educator to influence the culture, care, and character development of students from Reception to Year 6. The role calls for someone who can combine strategic leadership with a deeply relational approach—someone who sees pastoral care not as a program, but as a way of being with young people.
In keeping with the College’s Jesu…
