To commence in January 2027 this is a 4-year POR 3 appointment + Permanent teacher.

In a community where the formation and care of each child is central to our mission, our Junior School is seeking an exceptional educational leader to serve as Director of Student Wellbeing, a senior teaching position that sits at the heart of our mission to form young people of competence, conscience, and compassion.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced, values‑driven educator to influence the culture, care, and character development of students from Reception to Year 6. The role calls for someone who can combine strategic leadership with a deeply relational approach—someone who sees pastoral care not as a program, but as a way of being with young people.
