In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the school while contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment. The Administration role is a key point of contact for the College and provides professional, confidential, and responsive support across leadership, enrolments, and communications. The role requires sound judgment, initiative, and discretion, alongside the ability to manage competing priorities calmly and accurately. By leveraging your strong communication skills and proactive approach, you will create and schedule engaging social media content that aligns with College values, while capturing photos and stories to draft website and newsletter updates. You will also lead the enrolment workflow from initial enquiry to commencement, ensuring accurate record-keeping, coordinating interviews, and liaising warmly with families to provide a seamless onboarding experience and detailed enrolment reporting.
