Role description
Bruce Rock District High School (DHS) is seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Bruce Rock DHS is 240 km from Perth and caters for 110 children from Kindergarten to Year 11. Our specialised team of Early Childhood staff provide high quality and engaging classes for the children's first introduction to education. Support for students with Special Needs is provided across the school, and this pool will fill roles in classrooms from Kindergarten to Year 10.

The Role
We are seeking School Officers to join our team and provide exceptional customer service through reception duties, general clerical and administrative support, and maintaining school facilities and resources. You will be the first points of contact for our schools, responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to our students, parents, and visitors.
In this role, you will also be responsible for distributing and collecting documents, forms, and mail, as well as collecting and receipting monies in accordance with departmental procedures. You will assist with maintaining school facilities and equipment, arranging catering for school functions, and making travel arrangements for school staff.
