Piara Waters Senior High School (SHS) is situated in the beautifully landscaped suburb of Piara Waters, approximately 25kms south of Perth. The school is surrounded by luscious greenery and forms part of the vibrant, multicultural community of Piara Waters. The school commenced with Year 7 students in 2023, and presently has Year 7, 8, 9 and 10 cohorts. Each year the school adds to its growing cohort, until it reaches Year 12 in 2028.

The Role
As Deputy Principal, Strategic Operations, you would play a key role in providing educational leadership and shaping a positive school culture. Responsibilities include collaborating with the administrative and senior leadership team to develop and promote the school's values and vision. They should utilize effective change management strategies for continuous improvement and assist in workforce effectiveness, leading and motivating staff to enhance student outcomes.
The Deputy Principal, Strategic Operations would contribute to the School Plan through participative decision-making, policy development, and system establishment. They will ideally possess outstanding communication and leadership skills and work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure positive impact on student outcomes.
