Role description
This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 3, 2026.
Coolbinia Primary School (PS) is an Independent Public School catering for students from Kindergarten to Year 6. The Role
The Student Services Deputy Principal plays a pivotal role in supporting the Principal to lead a dynamic, future focused school community. This role provides leadership in student wellbeing, inclusion and engagement, ensuring the school’s strategic vision is translated into consistent, high quality practice across all levels of the school.
Coolbinia PS is seeking a dynamic, grounded and relational leader who brings clarity, calm and consistency to a vibrant learning environment. The successful applicant should display leadership practices aligned with the Deputy Principal and Level 3 Classroom Teacher Standards, with a strong commitment to inclusive education, student agency and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Leading whole‑school approaches to student wellbeing, behaviour and inclusion, aligned with Department of Education priorities.
- Coordinating Students at Educational Risk, Intensive English Program, Nationally Consistent Collection of Data, and case management processes, en…
