We are seeking to establish a pool of Deputy Principal for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

We are seeking dynamic and dedicated Deputy Principals who ideally demonstrate highly collaborative leadership and a strong commitment to excellence in primary education. The role entails commitment to leading sustainable whole‑school improvement with student achievement at its core. The Deputy Principal will work closely with the Principal and Leadership Team to ideally provide high-quality educational leadership within the school and broader community. This includes leading a strong performance and development culture with high expectations, accountability and distributed leadership across the school. It also includes the delivery of the School Plan through decision-making, policy development, and the monitoring systems that align with the school's overarching priorities.
