Ropes Crossing Public School is a Public Private Partnership school established in 2008 serving approximately 730 Kindergarten to Year 6 students in the Mount Druitt region. The school's student population is highly diverse, with 66% of students from language backgrounds other than English representing over forty-five language groups including significant communities from India, Philippines, Africa and the Pacific Islands, and 9.5% Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander enrolments. The school provides a well-balanced academic curriculum across all Key Learning Areas and promotes Positive Behaviour for Learning through a safe, caring and happy environment focused on quality education and student growth.

Position Information
The NSW Department of Education provides, funds and regulates education services for NSW students from early childhood to secondary school, delivering world-class education through its public schools and providing funding support to non-government schools. We employ, develop and support teachers, leaders and other staff to deliver the best outcomes for students and to advance the wellbeing of Aboriginal people.
The School Administrative Manager is responsible for the efficient management of school financial and administrative systems, as well as supervision and training of school administration officers. Manages the provision of support for school activities and routines, including student welfare and wellbeing, and works with the school principal, the school executive and teaching staff as required.
