Normanhurst Boys High School is an academically selective high school with approximately 760 students, of whom 85% come from a language background other than English. The school maintains an exceptional wellbeing program and is committed to excellence in catering for gifted and talented students, offering a diverse range of extracurricular activities alongside leadership development opportunities. Position Information
School counsellors are an essential part of the department’s School Counselling Service.
They provide counselling and psychological assessment of students to complement and enhance the work of teachers to strengthen student learning and wellbeing outcomes, and they help families understand and manage their children’s learning and mental health needs.
