Holroyd School is a School for Specific Purpose (SSP) located in Merrylands, NSW. The student cohort includes 200 students from Kindergarten through Year 12, all of whom present at school with unique personalities, strengths, and complex, diverse and dynamic needs, the functional impact of a moderate or severe intellectual disability, co-occurring disabilities and health conditions. The school's program focus on student empowerment, the essential skills for learning, wellbeing and independence, learning is supported by explicit teaching practices, and diverse experiences and opportunities for students as they learn and grow.
