Role description
St Columba's Memorial School is looking for a passionate and energetic Physical Education Specialist who thrives on inspiring students to lead active, healthy lifestyles. We’re seeking a dynamic and dedicated Physical Education Specialist Teacher to lead our Physical Education lessons.
This is an 8 week contract. A great opportunity to experience country living.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering engaging and inclusive PE lessons and events that foster skill development, teamwork, and a lifelong love of physical activity.
- Coordinating the school’s PE curriculum and ensuring alignment with educational outcomes.
- Collaborating with colleagues in the planning and delivery of high-quality Physical Education experiences across year levels including external sporting carnivals.
- Building strong partnerships with students, staff, families, and the wider community to promote active, healthy living.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about student wellbeing and physical development.
- Brings strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Has a track record of delivering high-quality Physical Education instruction.
- Is enthusiastic about growing participation in sports and physical activity.
