Role description

St Columba's Memorial School is looking for a passionate and energetic Physical Education Specialist who thrives on inspiring students to lead active, healthy lifestyles. We’re seeking a dynamic and dedicated Physical Education Specialist Teacher to lead our Physical Education lessons.

This is an 8 week contract. A great opportunity to experience country living.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering engaging and inclusive PE lessons and events that foster skill development, teamwork, and a lifelong love of physical activity.
  • Coordinating the school’s PE curriculum and ensuring alignment with educational outcomes.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in the planning and delivery of high-quality Physical Education experiences across year levels including external sporting carnivals.
  • Building strong partnerships with students, staff, families, and the wider community to promote active, healthy living.

  • Is passionate about student wellbeing and physical development.
  • Brings strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Has a track record of delivering high-quality Physical Education instruction.
