Role description

The ESO will support individual students, and/or small groups, as directed by the Leadership Team, Inclusion and Diversity Coordinator and teachers, as well as the following:
- Actively support and contribute to the Catholic Identity of the school and be willing to participate in all aspects of school life
- Provide support to children with diverse learning needs, ensuring they receive the assistance they need to succeed
- Implement inclusive, child-centered approaches to support each student's unique learning journey
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to create an optimal learning environment
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualised education plans (PPLs)
- Support classroom activities, helping to create an engaging and accessible learning experience for all students
The successful candidate will be expected to undergo our screening process and subject to a probationary period as outlined in the EA agreement
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children with diverse learning needs.
- A child-centered approach with a commitment to inclusion and diversity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in education support.
