Role description
This is a 6 month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 3, 2026 with possible extension (12 months) and/or permanency
Yanchep Secondary College provides young people in the Yanchep area with a high quality, comprehensive education.
Yanchep Secondary College opened in 2018 in a brand new purpose built school.
We offer a broad, high level curriculum encompassing academic programs and vocational courses to provide students with opportunities to pursue learning interests that inspire and challenge them. We enrol students from year 7 to year 12.
The school has a commercial kitchen and cafe and an arts centre for visual and performing arts. The school is designed to give students access to specialist subject teaching and the best learning practices to promote success and excellence. Future plans include additional teaching blocks.

The Role
As a key member of the administrative team, you will work closely with the Principal to provide educational leadership both within the school and the broader community. Your primary focus should be on developing and promoting the school's vision, encouraging active participation from school staff, community volunteers, and other stakeholders, all within the context of science learning area.
