Role description


This is a permanent part-time (0.6FTE) position commencing Term 3, 2026

Golden Bay Primary School (PS) proudly opened as an Independent Public School in 2015, catering for students from Kindergarten to Year 6. Our school is a learning community focused on excellence, respect and integrity. We work together with our parents and school community to build strong partnerships, have a shared belief system that provides a responsive and stimulating learning environment, and value the needs and interests of individual students. The Role

The role of the Aboriginal and Islander Education Officer is to improve the educational outcomes of Aboriginal and Islander students by ensuring they receive the educational and cultural support they need to feel welcome, respected, understood and cared for and giving them the skills to achieve academically to the best of their abilities.
