Salary Range: $86,600 to $124,725 + Middle Leader Allowance (Tier 3) $19,535 per annum + Superannuation (pro rata) 

Southern Cross Catholic College is seeking an experienced and dedicated Curriculum Leader - Inclusive Education. 

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate educator to join our leadership team as Curriculum Leader Inclusive Education.  This is a full time, fixed term contract commencing on 7 July 2026 until 4 December 2026, with the possibility of an extension.

The Curriculum Leader supports the mission of Southern Cross Catholic College through leadership of the learning and teaching program by ensuring that appropriate pedagogies are developed and implemented at all levels. The successful applicant will demonstrate leadership in three dimensions: leadership of teaching and learning, human leadership and strategic leadership. 

Guided by Catholic values, you’ll demonstrate authentic leadership that nurtures faith, compassion and community. Your ability to model integrity, foster relationships and create an inclusive, supportive environment will be key to the ongoing success of both students and staff.

To thrive in this role, you will be a registered teacher with the Queensland College of Teachers and bring extensive classroom experience in the Arts, together with a deep understanding of the Australian Curriculum and QCAA requirements.
