School Officer

This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 3, 2026

Endeavour Primary School and Endeavour Education Support Centre operate collaboratively as Endeavour Schools, providing a warm, inclusive learning environment for students from Kindergarten to Year 6. We have one office where our School Officers and Manager Corporate Services (MCS) work across both schools.

The Role

As a School Officer, you would undertake reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering the telephone and responding to routine enquiries and request for information, in an efficient and friendly manner. Please note, this position is managing our front desk and being the first point of contact for our families and staff.

The corporate services team at Endeavour Schools works collaboratively to provide a strong, responsive administration service that supports staff, students, parents/guardians and the wider school community. School Officers form a key component of this team, working to perform a number of student-related activities such as data entry, enrolments, publications and promotions, and word processing. As the first point of contact for our school, members of the corporate services team should be passionate about excellence in customer service delivery. 

They should use their communication skills, empathy, patience, problem-solving skills and knowledge of Department of Education policies/procedures to ensure every interaction is positive and every outcome is successful.
