These three coaching roles are being created to support the work of our Inclusive Education Team and are new roles for our school. The successful applicants will work with colleagues to build capability with respect to developing and implementing reasonable adjustments, supporting the three levels of planning across all faculties and learning areas, moderation, and the application of inclusive pedagogy. There will also be an aspect of case management to assist students and families to engage with the supports provided by the school. Formal qualifications, or extensive experience, in special needs education are not requirements for these roles. Instead, successful applicants will be high quality teachers with a practical understanding of reasonable adjustments, a passion for teaching and learning, and a strength in being able to build positive relationships…
