St John's School is a co-educational primary school from Pre-Kindergarten to Year Six, serving families in the Dominican tradition. We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative person to join our collaborative team. This position is a key member of the Finance and Administration Team.

The Finance and Administration Officer is responsible for the Finance and Budget preparation, end of month, processing of payroll, maintaining employee payroll records, ensuring compliance with CEWA payroll procedures and schedules and organising, scheduling maintenance and contractors for the School. 

Other duties include assisting the Leadership Team. 

The successful applicant is required to uphold and maintain a high level of confidentiality and discernment, and encompasses skills in managing staff enquiries, payroll records management, and other general administrative tasks including supporting the Administration of the school.
