Role description
St Francis Catholic College, Edmondson Park is located near the junction of the M5 and M7 motorways. It is a rapidly growing K-12 school with a student population exceeding 1630 students in 2026. The college is one school, not a traditional primary school and high school coexisting on the same site. As such, the College is organised into Junior Years Learning (K-4), Middle Years Learning (5-8), and Senior Years Learning (9-12). St Francis was founded in 2017 and offers new, state-of-the-art learning & specialist KLA facilities.
A temporary part time position commencing ASAP until 17 December 2026. The successful applicant will be required to work Thursday and Friday with one additional day to be negotiated.
The successful applicant will support teachers to meet the needs of diverse learners in a mainstream and specialist settings by designing educational/pastoral interventions for students with additional needs.
The role supports the student wellbeing, teaching as required and duties as directed by the Principal. The role of the Classroom Teacher exists to support growth in faith and improvement in learning so that students may reach their full potential.
