Biggera Waters State School
Biggera Waters State School is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled educator to join our leadership team as a Pedagogy Coach. Our school is committed to building a strong learning culture where staff work together to improve teaching practice and student outcomes. This role will support the rollout and embedding of InitialLit, explicit instruction, literacy programs and collegial engagement across the school. The successful applicant will work alongside teachers and leaders to coach, model, mentor and support consistent, evidence-informed classroom practice.
