Director - Professional Practice and Intake

The Director Professional Practice and Intake is responsible the strategic management of Professional Practice Leaders, Training and Resources Leaders and Service Intake Leaders. The Director is accountable for leading strategy to deliver evidence-based, culturally appropriate, and targeted capability uplift initiatives and professional learning for Student Wellbeing and Inclusion Programs and Services staff and schools to strengthen a whole-of-system approach to wellbeing and inclusion practice. The role manages the Service Intake and duty worker function to enhance the experience of schools requesting support, improve equity of access to services and develop a culture of practice excellence. Selection will be made at the SAO2 or SP2 level depending on the qualifications of the successful applicant.
