Primary objective
As part of the school leadership team, lead and shape strategic thinking and implement processes that enhance educational outcomes for all students. Support the ST4 Dual Schools and the School Executive to deliver wholistic support for students to enhance student well-being and engagement. To lead the implementation and delivery of reporting and assessment policies, processes, and data analysis in line with NTSDE’s Annual School Improvement Plan (ASIP). Lead school-wide professional learning, provide flexible and innovative approaches to engage students and to create a welcoming and caring environment.
