Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and compliance of the Science curriculum for Years 7-12.
• Provide direction to the Laboratory Technician Leader in their management of the team, supplies, safety procedures and processes to support the effective operation of the department
• Work in collaboration with other Learning Leaders where Technician staff are shared across teams to plan staff resourcing and prioritizing tasks
• Oversee Science specialist facilities across the college including resourcing and scheduling
• Facilitate and support the ongoing risk minimization strategies overseen by the Laboratory Technician Leader
