Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the EAL Curriculum in line with VCAA requirements
- Assess and place newly arrived and refugee students, including tailored induction and transition programs
- Build whole staff capability in EAL strategies and inclusive practices
- Coordinate and supervise the Multicultural Aide team, including timetabling and ongoing professional development
- Analyse EAL learner data to inform targeted support for future growth
- Establish partnerships with families. external agencies and MACS networks or groups
