Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the EAL Curriculum in line with VCAA requirements
• Assess and place newly arrived and refugee students, including tailored induction and transition programs
• Build whole staff capability in EAL strategies and inclusive practices
• Coordinate and supervise the Multicultural Aide team, including timetabling and ongoing professional development
• Analyse EAL learner data to inform targeted support for future growth
• Establish partnerships with families. external agencies and MACS networks or groups
