About the role
St Joseph’s College Echuca is a thriving, co-educational, multi-campus Catholic college – known for its inclusive community, strong academic outcomes and quality pastoral care.
The Assistant Principal – Learning & Teaching will work closely with the Principal and Leadership Team to drive excellence in teaching and learning, support the implementation of the College Strategic Plan, and foster a culture of high expectations, collaboration and continuous improvement.
The role requires a visible and authentic leader who builds strong relationships within the College and wider community, supports staff growth and wellbeing, and contributes to the overall leadership and management of the College.
