Essential Criteria

  • relevant tertiary qualification in Education or equivalent experience
  • demonstrated experience in instructional coaching or educational leadership
  • strong understanding of senior secondary education (Years 10–12)
  • ability to work effectively with both qualified teachers and trade trainers
