Selection Criteria

1. Demonstrated high level technical knowledge and experience in the management, support and maintenance of ICT systems, networks, servers, devices and software applications within a complex environment.

 

2. Demonstrated capacity to provide high quality technical support and advice to staff, students and external providers, including the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.

 

3. Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and manage ICT projects, workloads and resources, including the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

 

4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, including experience supervising staff, coordinating contractors/vendors, and contributing to a positive team culture.

 

5. Demonstrated understanding of ICT systems and operational requirements within a school or education environment, including a commitment to child safety, privacy and departmental policies.

Role

114 hrs over the school terms of attendance during the school break.

Range 4 is distinguished by broader management responsibility, particularly in the areas of finance, human resource and other support functions.  Range 4 is responsible for managing a range of functions under a wide range of conditions, subject to the size and complexity of school operations.
