Lead student wellbeing and foster a culture of belonging
South Coast Baptist College (SCBC)is seeking a passionate and relational Christian educator to join our Student Wellbeing Team as a Head of Year.
This important leadership position is ideal for someone who is committed to supporting the spiritual, emotional, and academic development of young people while fostering a safe, caring, and connected school environment.

About the role
The Head of Year is responsible for leading the pastoral care, wellbeing, discipline, and student support of a designated year group within the Secondary School.
Working collaboratively with students, staff, parents, and external stakeholders, the successful applicant will help create an environment where students feel known, supported, and challenged to grow in character, leadership, and faith.
This role includes a reduced teaching load to support the pastoral and leadership responsibilities of the position.
