The role:

We are seeking a permanent StudentCounsellor working with our Junior School. As a dedicated member of the Wellbeing team, you will be passionate about nurturing the hearts and minds of young children as you support the emotional wellbeing of our students, guiding them with compassion, wisdom, and purpose.

Commencing in Semester 2, 2026 this role will work between 0.6 to 1.0 FTE.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Student Wellbeing and the counselling team in the development, implementation and evaluation of College Wellbeing programs, goals and outcomes.
  • Provide counselling and implementation of programs for individuals and groups.
