Role description

Blending old with new, the beautiful Cabra campus is just 10 minutes south of Adelaide, CBD. Cabra Dominican College is seeking an outstanding candidate for the position of ICT Support Technician to commence as soon as possible.

 

The position is permanent, full time for 37.5 hours per week, 48 weeks per year.

 

About You

You are a customer-focused ICT professional who enjoys supporting staff and students in a school environment. You bring solid technical skills, strong communication, and a calm, patient approach to problem-solving.
You will bring:

  • Experience in ICT support within a Microsoft-based environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and an understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks in a busy, on-site workplace
  • A commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and child safety
  • Experience in education, MDM solutions (Intune/Jamf), or relevant certifications is desirable.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver responsive ICT support to staff and students, including device, account, and connectivity issues
